Ginger options

Ladies, I'm so sick & tired of my Ginger People Ginger Chews, which I purchase at Trader Joe's. Any other options you'd recommend to keep my MS nausea under semi-control? I'm looking for
- preferably ginger
- non-liquid, teas are tough on the go/ at work
- individually wrapped is ideal
Thanks thanks

Oh, & I'm Talking about this type of ginger

Re: Ginger options

  • There is a brand called Chimes that makes good ginger flavored chews. I have the orange ones and really like them. I ordered them off of Amazon.

  • Sea band ginger lozanges. Got them at cvs, they come in a foil package (kind of like gum) so real easy to throw in a bag on the go
  • Wow, thanks south for the suggestions. Will be collecting them all, hehe

  • I like candied ginger and Vermints ginger mints. You can get them at whole foods or online
  • There are ginger root vitamins that come in capsules. I personally hate the taste of ginger so these work for me.
  • The ginger people make organic crystallized ginger, it really helps me. If you do decide on these, get them on amazon, much cheaper.

  • I know it sounds weird, but when I was eating sushi, my favorite part was the pickled ginger.   So I just got a jar of that to keep in the fridge. So far working out ok.

Is "The Ginger People" a brand? If so, I hope that everyone who works there has red hair.

  • Update- I've tried maybe 5 products & am absolutely loving these TUMMYDROPS found at amazon & whole foods

In case you're interested, Here's the product website that goes into details about these amazing ginger drops, medically as legit as possible

Surprisingly, the peppermint does a better job with the nausea & bloating.

Keep in mind, my morning sickness is quite mild (compared to other A15 moms) but I've always been on some type of ginger chew/ ginger ale
