How much are you giving LO? I don't have a milk drinker here. She refuses whole milk and isn't even drinking much pumped milk at daycare, although she nurses well at home. She will have some water, but loves juice, which I rarely give her. Im afraid of the sugar content. How much do you give?

Maybe he will get juice once a month, if that. We don't like how much sugar is in juice so we even told the lady who watches him no juice.
my read shelf:
Have you tried 2% milk? (Assuming your pedi approves) we just switched, per pedis order, and LO seems to drink a lot more of it - I think because it's thinner.

Here is a good article by Dr. Sears on juice. I think the long and short of it is that citrus is the best choice and they just need a small serving of it. Some other good ones are grapefruit, and prune juice.
