I am 30 today woo! yesterday we went in and were able to use the portable u/s machine over the tummy (instead of internal) and we saw a little face! And hb still good! 10 w 3d today. feeling hopeful, and finally starting to feel a little excited... 
go back in a week (she is having me come in every week though first tri to make me feel better and not panic. Love this doc!)
