Final Papers Sent!

Well, my final resolution has been sent to his atty. It is based on what he proposed so fingers crossed he signs it/agrees to it and we are done. I am SO SICK of living this nightmare and just want it O V E R. We have trial next month (in 6 weeks) and I absolutely do not want to deal with that for a minute. My attorney is leaving (boo) and another one is taking over...another reason I want this done NOW. She said we could have it finalized in a couple weeks through the courts if he agrees. 

Please keep your fingers and toes crossed and say a prayer if you believe in that sort of thing. I will update as soon as I get some news.
