Nashville rec's

My BF and I are going to Nashville next weekend for my birthday (first time away from ds - woo hoo).

We already know where we're staying, and of course we'll be hitting up Opry Mills, but is there anything else must see or do there? I've never stayed long enough to really explore. We're not drinkers, so that's out. But I'm open to places to eat, shopping, things to do, whatever. Help a girl out.
