For those of you wondering who came up with this question- a FB group I am a part of- someone legit asked this question because she tasted her own bm and was curious if you could survive on it.
@nutmegs8 yeah I could probably do that too without a pump. my boobs are big enough.
Nope. Even if you had water, your body pulls from itself to give the bm calories and fat and nutrients...you'd recycle those enough times, losing some each time, that you'd run out, and eventually die.
However, the other side of the island is part of the Disney Cruises, so just take a walk and you'll be fine.

What! I'm not going to die a slow horrible death AND I get to go to a character breakfast....best day ever!
If I could manage to relactate. I wouldnt even need a pump. Long saggy H cups for the win!! I didn't produce much, but it would be more than the random centipede they seem to eat on "naked and afraid"
Re: Can you survive on your own pumped breast milk if stranded on a deserted island?
The question only makes sense if there is no other food source and you have a source of potable water.
Truly this is a case where you'd probably be best off as a formula feeder who packed a stash...that stuff is crazy fortified!
