To have a third child or not?

I have two wonderful boys and I am a stay at home mom. My oldest is three and my youngest is one. I do want another child however I don't know if I can handle another child. If I knew I could handle it there would be no doubt in my mind to try again. I'm also scared of pregnancy again. In my first trimester with both children I was extremely sick and I also have some complications with carrying my kids. My oldest came at 32 weeks and is extremely healthy and my second came at 36 weeks with lost of trips to the hospital to stop labor and medication. He is extremely healthy as well.

 

So I'm not sure my heart yearns for another child but should I? Can I handle the preganancy and can I handle three kids?
