First postpartum period???

I am 9 weeks pp after a section with twins and last week (Monday) I starting staining brown but then tue the flow was red n heavy, tue nite in bed I felt gushing so I went to toilet and it just flowed heavy like a slow running tap !! I rang an ambulance because I was feared I was hemorrhaging , hostpital checked my bloods n they wer ok so they sent me home, I went to gp on wed n he gave me tranexamic acid to take for 3 days to slow the flow, by fri the bleeding stopped, few odd bits of staining then yellow discharge until Monday this week, now it came back brown today n a bit of red, I'm scared this maybe isn't my period, I'm confused to what is going on, my lochia was very heavy on and off up til 7 weeks pp and coz of that I had 4 scans and all 4 was clear so surely no left over placenta??? Please any input Wud help ease my mind I've 3 kids under age 2 1/2 that rely on me n I'm scared Thers something wrong !

Second of all, call your doc and make another appt to go in.

Yikes. That was rough to read.

I'm 7 weeks PP today. Also had a section. Lochia stopped around 4 weeks PP. Now I've been bleeding again for 12 days. Idk if it's my period or more lochia. It started in the middle of my BC pack.
