Pumping/ bf question

Lo is 10 weeks old. She doesn't nurse until she is full so usually supplements with ebm after nursing. I pump at every nursing session and every 3-4 hours at work and through the night. Sometimes we get out of sync. Example I pumped last 4.5 hours ago. She fed last 3 hours ago. I feel like I need to pump but don't want to pump then her be hungry and miss an opportunity to nurse her. Thoughts?

You'll keep making milk.  I feed my daughter at 8, pump at 9, and then she eats again at 10.  She always gets enough.

I agree with PP. My DD eats every 2 hours and I pump in between feeds a couple times a day as she is getting used to the bottle. She always gets enough even if I've pumped within the hour. You never run out :-)
