Newborn photo attire

Just wondering what you guys are planning on having your babies wear for newborn pictures. For the ones at the hospital, I am looking for a cute headband or hat with a bow but I haven't had luck finding anything I like. Can anyone recommend any websites? I need to get on this soon if I want her to have anything. Or are some of you doing totally nude pictures?

I've looked there but I'm concerned about the shipping time because sometimes it can be kind of long. Maybe I should just buy tonight and hope it gets here in a reasonable amount of time.

Look for ready made on etsy.

Also, search facebook, a lot of etsy sellers have a FB page with ready to ship stuff.

Etsy, and message them asking for shopping time. I ordered a bunch of bows off there with a quick turn around time after expressing the need of it faster.

Many etsy posters have things ready to ship. I ordered some hats a few weeks ago and got 2/3 within a week. The last one said 2-3 weeks to ship right on the listing. Good luck!

I'm not a bow fan so...

DD#1 was naked besides a pampers (I was TOTALLY unprepared!)

DD#2 had a blanket (I had matching outfits for the girls but preferred the naked with a blanket) (Purple outfits)

DD#3 was just in a cloth diaper (again some pics have all three in cute matching outfits but not my favorites) (Yellow/Greg outfits with Carter's "World's Best Sister" shirts on the bigger two)

And now for DS we'll have him in his embroidered cloth diaper and the girls' shirts will match...(Captain America diaper and each girl will have a different superhero shirt)

When I say match for any of the outfits I don't mean they're necessarily the same.... Just that they go together

We are just going to use their take home outfits for the photos.

Etsy for sure, and most of them will expedite shipping too with no extra charge.

Etsy as long as it's ready to ship. for DS1, we wrapped him up in a soft blanket. We just did the hospital package though so his clothes weren't really visible anyway.

You have 8-9 weeks, so you should be good on shipping. I'd be PISSED if someone on Etsy took two months to get me something.

Also, I like that you called it "attire," because that made your baby sound super fancy.

I made a few etsy purchases today and took your advice to contact the seller about shipping. She said my items would ship out in 4-5 days so I should be good. B-) I bought a few different bows and an aqua diaper cover with matching bow. I'm not sure what I will want the baby to wear for the newborn photos once she is actually here but I didn't want to not have options on that day! It's so funny picking out these clothes and wondering what she will look like! Thanks for the advice, I'll have to post a picture of the photo as an AW after her birth! :bz
