We're holding a Mexican themed party on Saturday. A bit last minute, especially considering the construction around here, so I'm reaching out to my F14 ladies for menu and decoration tips. HALP plan my party!

Margaritas.

Oh. That's probably pretty obvious. I like the idea of a "make your own margarita bar" where your guests can customize their drink with their favorite flavor. Or big batches of different flavors of margaritas.

Are you making food or buying food?

velveeta, cream cheese, jar of (insert level of spice here) salsa. heat until melted and combined, serve with chips. omg TO DIE FOR. its my favorite dip ever. 

or add taco seasoning to a container of sour cream for an easy taco dip for chips. thats good too.

for centerpieces (if you're going that route) you can get a can of El Pato enchilada sauce (save the sauce for later use, or make enchiladas for the party!)  and use the can as a flower vase with some brightly colored flowers https://www.pinterest.com/pin/56083957832176082/

you can use brown lunch bags and fill them with chips and place on the tables or on the food table for guests to grab and go without having to worry about chip containers or whatnot. 

you can make Agua de Pina (my FAVORITE)
