Newbie Intro (Long-time forum stalker)

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie! Well, sort of. I've been mostly creeping around the forums for the past few months, popping up a couple of times.  

I've had baby fever pretty bad since DH & I got married almost 3 years ago, but we're finally in the position that we could support a family.

I went off my BCP a few weeks ago (I've been on it for around 7 years) and we are now NTNP. The plan was for this whole process to start a few months ago, but then I decided that I should get my overall health checked out before starting this adventure (as health problems tend to be a family problem), and it turned out I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I've been on my thyroid meds for a while & it looks like we're all set. We have my Endo's blessing to get started.

I'm excited to get to know you guys better, instead of just creeping your posts.

Thank you for the link! I had read it long ago, but then lost it & couldn't find it again. I'm gonna bookmark it because I am definitely going to need the acronym glossary for future reference.
