Another thing I hate about IF

I started taking BCPs at the very beginning of August for IVF # 2. I will most likely trigger tomorrow evening, which means ER is Thursday morning. Since I am doing PGD on 5-day blasts (assuming there are any genetically intact embryos) I have to freeze them for future FET. That means another cycle of suppression before FET, so the earliest would be mid- November. That makes it 3 1/2.months before I even know if I am pregnant.

Someone who conceived around the time I took my first pill would be in their second trimester by the time I am successful or not. This just sucks and the waiting is making me even more bitter and angry.
TTC since 3-08 IVF # 1 Dec 2011 BFP DD born at 31 weeks 6-24-12

FET #1 Dec 2013 BFN

FET # 2 Feb 2014 BFN

No more frosties

IVF #2. September 2014

PGD yielded 2 perfect 5d blasts

    Second, the waiting is the WORST. It sucks. I hate how my cycles are so much longer than the average woman's.

    I hear you. I try hard (and often fail) not to compare my own journey to other people's. I have an RPL diagnosis. So, if I hadn't miscarried any of my last 3 pregnancies, I should (1) have an 8 week old infant, (2) have a 7-week old infant, or (3) be in my third trimester. IF SUCKS BALLS.
