Ugh. DD (3) has decided she never wants to sleep and wants to wake up early and at night. She has always been an amazing sleeper from day 1, so this is odd for her. But a lot has happened lately to spur this I'm sure (sleeping on the couch while sick, sleeping with me when company was over, the baby, etc.)
Anyone experience similar regression with their toddler? Any hope, advice?
Anyone use one of those color changing lights to let kids know when it's morning and when it's not? I was thinking of this...
Re: Toddler sleep regression
I'm there with you now with my almost 3 year old. Its like the last two weeks he doesn't believe in sleeping anymore. He didn't get to bed until 11pm last night and was up again at 6am with bells on. Thankfully he took a nap today, but OMG.
In DS case the sleep change coincides with a switch from DC to pre-school. I'm hoping once he adjusts to going to school he'll sleep again.

Once I got the baby ready to leave this morning DD's light was on in her room. She had her diaper and pj pants off and panties and pants on and was sitting on the floor waiting for me. What a nut!
Everyone just needs sleep!
