Here is a link to a tutorial that gave posted by some one here. I'm sorry I can't give props to the correct person. But I can say she did a very good job with it. I made some using this and they came out great, useing 3layers of bamboo fleese.

I wish hemp and bamboo was easy to find and inexpensive. My MIL gave me shit for buying them instead of making them.

I would have preferred it but I got these used but in like new condition so I can't complain.
