Problems peeing after birth

I had my daughter 4 days ago. I had a pretty quick labor 3cm-8cm in 4 hours and got an epidural at 8 (didn't know I was at 8 until right after) when I was ready to push my midwife was with someone else and they had me wait for an hour before I gave birth.

Anyways 3 hours later I still couldn't pee but my bladder was so full and I had a huge bulge so they had to give me a catheter. Now I can go but I don't feel the urge to go even though I need to, and I have to lean forward and push really hard to get it out.

I was just wondering if this is normal I didn't have this problem with my son and I'm kind of worried because it's been 4 days now.

No it's no normal. Call them and let them know. You may be very swollen or who knows. That's got to be very uncomfortable. Do call them soon. GL!!
