Admittedly I am severely fashion challenged.
We have 2 weddings in the next 2 months and I actually went out and bought a new dress, but I have no idea what to wear on my feet.
Incase it matters, I am 5'2", DH is 6'. I am a clutz so I can't really do too high of a heel. Both weddings are in Catholic churches (side note, do I need a sweater or something to cover my shoulders?) on Friday evenings. Budget is LOW. If there is something I could wear again, with jeans would be awesome.

Re: Shoe help please
I am assuming the recpetion isn't super dressy, right?
If you want something you will get a lot of use out of-- I reccomend either a metallic or nude shoe. I could see you weaing a wedge with jeans- maybe something like this?

Also, I think you are fine to go sleveless in the Catholic church, unless it's a super traditional congregation. You could always keep a cardigan or blazer in your car and check out what everyone else is wearing.

And sleeveless is fine. It's not Sunday mass, it's a wedding with people of all denominations.

I think these would look great with the dress.
Edited to add: In black. It linked to the taupe ones but I like them in black.
