I usually don't post much, more of a reader but kind of in need of some positive thoughts and maybe some more ideas. I have been dealing with endometriosis since I was 16 ( had 3 surgeries to remove) I am currently 23, last year I had a lap done and they confirmed pcos (hormone levels tipped them towards this) my husband and I have been ttc for 2 years now. I am currently on my 5th round of clomid on days of 3-7 100mg, with use of 1700mg of Metformin daily and dexamethazone days 3-13 of my cycle. I am 5"10 and 180 pounds (lost 20+ recently) I have tried using ovulation test, yet to have a positive result. I am thinking that I may be clomid resistant, and not ovulating at all. Any others having all of these problems and do u know what the next step may be or any ideas of things that may help speed up the process. I know I am still young and it may take time, just beyond ready to start a family with the hubby.
Re: Ttc with pcos and endometriosis
I have nothing new to add other than to echo PP. If you're on Clomid you should definitely be monitored to determine if/when you're ovulating. If you haven't already you should also have the full battery of tests - ultrasounds, HSG and SA for your husband.
Good luck!
