Sesame Street Live - Would you take your LO?

This is playing near where we live.  A couple of weeks ago we took our DD to Sesame Place and she loved it.  We saw one of the shows while we were there and she was fascinated.  This show was along like maybe 20-30 min long?  I just don't know if she would stay long enough for a this type of show.  What would you do?  Would you wait till she was older or take her now since she's really into Sesame Street characters now?

  • we took dd to disney on ice and the circus....the circus started at 730 but she usually goes to sleep around 9.....it was a Friday night so i wasn't too concerned....but both held her interest for the majority of the show...

  • We'll probably consider next year. Nothing really holds their attention today for more than like 20 minutes (at best) -- and the thought of them having a boredom meltdown in an arena full of toddlers is enough for me to just completely not consider it. Yet. ;)

  • I agree with you @brummy14. DS can't sit still at all - he would see Elmo on stage and want to run up there, and when he couldn't he would probably freak out. I just don't see any type of show being practical for him yet.

  • I'd totally go! There will be a ton of other little kids there so it's not like she'll be the odd one out.

  • I would totally go if someone gave us tickets or they were very inexpensive.  With things that cost a lot, I am trying to save until she can appreciate them.  This includes: expensive boots and fashionable outfits, classes such as university music for $25/30 minutes, and vacations to places like Disney.  Right now, music at the library for free, going to the grocery store, and playing at the park are all very fun for her, so I don't want to spend when she doesn't care/can't beg/isn't comparing herself to all the other kids.
