Contractions on just one side?

Ok ladies, I've been in false labor for over two weeks, and today the cramping is gettinguch worse, but only on one side...
My question is this, are true contractions going to be on both sides?

True contractions will be across your whole abdomen, and may also be in your back.

Labour is different for everyone, but I think that if it's just on one side, it's probably not real labour yet.

I have been feeling BH occasionally on one side as well.  My dr told me that when its not BH and more real laboring contractions then you will more than likely feel them accross your whole abdomen including at times your back.

So far mine have been one sided or mainly at the top of my abdomen.
