Are chores "even" in your house? Think your SO would agree with your assessment?

    I don't have a regular job right now and my husband works really crazy hours.  So the house and the cooking sort of is my job.  He takes care of mowing the lawn, cleaning the fish tank, and taking out the garbage and helps out with cleaning if we are having a party or something. 

    We met in middle school. We got married 15 years later in a February blizzard of 2010.

    Lol @ktlovess‌ I think that would happen in my house too. Though I really do think I do more. He works more, so he's just around less to take care of stuff.

    DH only does dishes cooking and laundry the two weekend a month that I work. Otherwise I do it all. He will take the trash out if I ask. But I'm a bit of a cleab freak and OCD so I don't mind doing most all of it. Especially since I work much less so I feel It's my way of pulling my weight.

    This is going to sound awful, but we have "man chores" and "woman chores" in our home...
    He refuses to clean bathrooms and fold laundry. I refuse to vacuum and take out garbage.
    It works out pretty evenly.
    As far as dishes are concerned, whoever cooks, the other person does dishes :-)

    10/16/14: Frozen Embryo Transfer --> BFN
    2/6/15: Frozen Embryo Transfer --> BFP --> MC at 5w4d
    3/20/16: PGS-tested Frozen Embryo Transfer --> BFP, Living Child born 12/1/15
    6/6/17: Fresh IVF Cycle --> Severe OHSS, 5 PGS-tested embryos frozen
    2/23/18: PGS-tested FET --> BFN
    3/30/18: Cancelled cycle due to lining 4.2mm
    6/21/18: PGS-tested FET --> BFN

    I definitely do more, even though I work more, but we've been together for 9 years and argued about them so much that I got sick of it and just do it. I do all the laundry and dishes, and I clean up the kitchen/dining room and the bathroom. He'll clean the living room about once a month, and if the dining room or bathroom is getting seriously nasty he'll do them, but that's about it
