Hello ladies. I had my first miscarriage yesterday at 11w 5 days.

I'm still not really sure what to do right now. I don't really know what to expect going forward. I'm not even sure what to say to you guys or my FI or really any one. I don't know how to answer people when they say they're sorry or ask if I'm ok (because it's not ok and neither am I) I'm angry, hurt, sad, and scared. I was tired but didn't want to sleep last night, but at the same time I didn't want to be awake either. If it was physically possible to do nothing I would've done it.

I spent my time in March 15 and the ladies there were all so supportive during the past 4 days.

I'm sorry about my siggy I just moved and have to use the app and can't figure out how to change it yet.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was also at 11 weeks 5 days when I my missed miscarriage was discovered with a D&C two days later. As for what to expect... You did not mention where you are at in the process -- is the miscarriage complete? Are you still facing a D&C or waiting for things to happen on their own? Don't worry about not knowing what to say... No one does. Just let yourself grieve and give yourself permission to feel all of the emotions you are going through. It is completely normal. Take care of yourself.

I'm so sorry. I was also part of the March 15 board. I'm sorry to see you here. I was 11w2d when my mmc was discovered and had a D&C the next day . It is devastating. I wish I had some advice as to what to say to people but I still don't know. It is so hard. My best advice is be kind to yourself. There is no right or wrong way to go through this, just do what is best for you. If you need to talk feel free to PM me. (Hugs)

I think I passed most on my own I'm going to the OB today. The whole thing was very confusing as I had just been to the hospital on Saturday and they told me I was measuring right on track but that it was too early to see the baby. I had a UTI and was threatening miscarriage but they really weren't concerned (and frankly they were assholes about the whole thing). Normally I'd still be hopeful but I have no doubt in my mind (and I'm sure with all that happened there is no positive outcome.)

I am so sorry to hear about your experience at the hospital! Talk about adding insult to injury. Both of my siblings are doctors and, although they both have decent bedside manners (I think/hope), from the stories they tell on coworkers, a lot of hospital docs need to go in for intensive sensitivity training. Good luck at the OB today. I hope he/she will be able to give you some answers and peace of mind. I'll be thinking about you today. Take care!
