My friend who plans to CD had her rainbow baby this weekend. He came early and may have a bit of a stay in the NICU, but he and the mom are doing well otherwise. She has wanted this baby so hard for so long, and I'm so happy he's finally here!

I'm snuggled up with C and he doesn't want to get up. But it's almost 8.

After 2 weeks with customer service, our broken City Mini GT came back to us over the weekend! With a different serial number! I think they ended up just putting our upholstery and wheels on a new frame. Anyway, it's great to have it back. I was not loving the rental stroller that we were using in the interim.

It's been a 4 day weekend with my parents. It's been glorious. And E is working really hard to say gram-mommy. She's almost got it!

Oh! And P slept in her PNP alone for 3 whole hours! And I had out her down awake. I have hope for her sleep future.

finally got baby to sleep by putting him in the wrap. He's been fighting am naps since last week.

IMMS that we finally figured out how to get antibiotics into L without him having a fit and/or puking. It's called mixing it into chocolate ice cream and I'm not proud of it, but it works! We could have used this technique for the other twice a day for forty days in the past that we've had to struggle getting antibiotics into him.

My parents used to give my sister her meds mixed with vanilla ice cream when she was too young to swallow pills. Now she has an aversion to vanilla ice cream.

Dh and I make a great team.....when ds is fussy like he was last night, I take care of him for the late night hours while dh sleeps and then dh gets up early with him and lets me sleep.....if it's a school morning dh will drive ds1 to school and let me sleep until ds2 wakes up. Also, one of my classmates posted her 8th grade class photo and someone commented that she still looks like she's in the 85th grade......had to llol at that typo.

Omg. M calls dirt/poop/trash cans "poo". And he pointed at my breast the other day so I said "yeah. That's my boob". So now my boob is "poo"

It makes me laugh so much

We're home, DS1 is being a good big brother, DS2 is in cloth, my milk is already in (probably since I never stopped nursing DS1), and DS2 is napping on my chest in the wrap I haven't used in months.

We went to my parents house today for the first time with lo. We have gone on 3 hr trips out but nothing longer. Today we went for 6 hours. We have never needed to change lo on any of our 3 hour trips. Today he needed to be changed almost 3 times in a row. We only brought 3 diaper changes. The last pee was while I was changing him into our last diaper. I told my mom to bring me a towel or a T-shirt. She brought this totally irregular shaped dish towel and I rocked it out making it a diaper. I officially feel like a cloth diaper mom now!!! I love this.

Imms Wednesday we are meeting DH's parents at the coast. They rented a house for the week and we not sure if it had a washer or dryer. I decided to go a head and do sposies (. 7th generation touch of cloth). Well this morning I got a text from MIL, there is a washer and she was going to the store and wanted to know what kind of detergent to get for diapers! Even though we will be sticking with the sposies I was so excited that she wanted to keep LO in cloth!
