numbness on right side of back, possible cause?

edited September 2014 in 2nd Trimester
Hey, since it's labor day I figured I'd ask my fellow bumpees before I would try and contact my OBGYN'S office. I just turned 23 weeks today and I have been having this numb tingly feeling mid back on my right side for a short while now, I'd say about a month. Kinda feels like that part of my back fell asleep. It doesn't matter what position I am in, sitting laying on my side, standing, walking. It last at max 10 minutes at a time. Oh and there is no pain associated with it. Just tingly/numb. What it could possibly be? Have any of you had this? Remedys? Thanks a bunch in advanced!

Re: numbness on right side of back, possible cause?

  • Is it your sciatic nerve being pinched??
  • Loading the player...
  • I have no idea, I have no pain what so ever it's just the center right side of my back keeps tingling like it fell asleep.
  • My right leg/hip falls asleep/get's numb and tingly... mine is sciatica...   no cure  :(
