fustrating decision

I have had a rapid pulse (over 120 bpm) and up to 145 today and went to the ER with chest pain. I've never had anything like this before and this is my first pregnacy @ 30 weeks. My OB had me go upstairs for fetal heart monitoring for like 2 hours and the ER doc said everything looks fine with my test results. I just wonder if anyone else experienced this in the 3rd trimester and if I just need to suck it up and wait it out or what? So far all I'm told to do is increase fluids (so fun @ this point). Just really nervous but I'm not willing to worry my extended family just yet. And for all those who say to tell your doc, I already have appointments lined out just looking for emotional support or previous experience. Thanks

What's the decision? The only thing I can guess at from your post is maybe telling extended family about the heart rate episode? If that's the case, then it depends on your relationship with them. At this point though, seems like you and baby are fine, so I wouldn't bother.

I think it depends on how long your heart rate stayed elevated.
