Your choice between our final 2

of note: We don't mind southern names, as we are southern. DH is Jason, DS is Jonas and I am Kay. It's taken us 8 years to finally get anywhere together on names, DH is deadlocked on Jacob, me on Wyatt.

If you wouldn't mind, please tell us why you don't like the other name, in case there is some obvious reason we're overlooking.

Both great names, Jacob is just a little too close to Jason for me.

I like Jacob a lot more than Wyatt, but I chose Wyatt because Jacob is similar in sound to Jason and then you'd have 3 Js.

I prefer Jacob to Wyatt, but Jonas, Jacob, and Jason are all pretty close. I still voted for it because Wyatt is nms.

Jacob, I really like it with Jonas. I also feel like Wyatt is getting a little trendy.

Same as others said, I generally prefer Jacob but that's too many J's so I voted Wyatt even though it is NMS.

I picked Wyatt because it has a lot more personality to it than Jacob. Jacob is fine, but not as interesting. You've also already got a lot of J's in the family. Good luck getting DH to agree to Wyatt

Wyatt Brooks is way too country singer sounding to me. I love Jacob Alexander. Very strong and classic.

I like both, although I see where some come from with Wyatt Brooks being very "country" sounding. I personally love Brooks though, Wyatt I'm a little less fond of. I voted Wyatt Brooks though because Jacob Alexander is very common and plain for me and I love Brooks!! Brooks definitely gave it the edge for me

What about Jacob Brooks, Alexander Brooks or Brooks Alexander??

I actually don't think Wyatt is country.  I'm a NYC'er, and we have lots of Wyatts here.    There's also a kids show called Super Why about a boy named Wyatt whose superpower is reading!  I'm a dork, so I find that really endearing.
