Hi everyone - I've lurked for a few weeks now so I figured it was time to speak up My husband and I just had a great consultation with the national adoption center we want to use! I'm so excited! It was our 4th consultation and none of the others felt right. I have been researching places for about 5 months now. It feels so good to know who we want to work with. Since we live in Colorado we have to have an in-state agency too, and the place we were already considering was recommended by the national center. It was just meant to be.

We start everything in January (fingers crossed). All of our friends and family are excited for us to adopt but no one really seems interested in hearing about the process. No one in my life realizes how exciting these small milestones are, so I thought I would share. I'm so glad I found this group
