What happens to those who go into labour with really painful ones... I'm scared.

For now try sitz baths, tucks pads, and creams to try to chill them out. You can take colace to soften your stools so they aren't pissed off. As for during labor just say a little prayer they don't get worse.

Also your doctor can give you some stuff if they are really painful.
