Help! Is it me or the formula? Poop question

I am breastfeeding in the morning and at night so when I am working my dd is feed with 2 bottles of formula 4 oz each .
My concern is when she poops (TMI) is green pastel, little dry but the smell is HORRIBLE ! Like acid , ammonia super strong ,we went to the DR we change the formula from the 3-12 months to the gentile one and now it need the soy one lets see maybe is me???

I am afraid the she will get used to the soy and then later she will react in the bad way to the lactose .
