Then I got called into work overnight and didn't get home until 7am... So needless to say, I missed my temping this morning. Is it a big deal? I'm 13DPO and recently started temping. Will it throw off next month?

Nope, shouldn't be an issue at all.  A lot of people don't temp during their period at all so it definitely won't be a problem for next cycle.  Usually missing one temp is no big deal especially since you have already confirmed O for this cycle.  The only time I hate missing a temp is when I know I am close to O.
