How many hours of sleep do you get in a 24hr period?

On weekend days (Sat. & Sun.) = 9 hours each day

On week days (Mon. - Fri.) = 7 hours at the most each day. Sometimes less.

During the week 6-8, on the weekends about 7 plus a nap.

m-f I average 4hours of sleep

weekends I get to nap for about 2 hours so 6ish.

DS isn't sleeping again. ?For the glorious few weeks that he was, I was getting 7ish during the week, 9ish weekends.

6 or 7, which is hard on me. I've always needed more sleep than most people, and I have a very difficult time functioning on such little sleep.

usually 6/7 broken hours. DS is waking up alot.

However, lately I have been napping when he does,so add aother hour.

I need alot of sleep and could easilys leep 10 hours if he'd let me!

DS sleeps 11-12 at night, but DH and I go to bed way too late. It is bad.

We alternate sleep in days on the weekend, so my one sleep in day I probably get 8 hours.

I really need to get my butt to bed before 11:30 PM.
