Totally normal. I never leaked until my milk came in about 4 days post partum. I couldn't even hand express colostrum without seriously hurting my boob. Baby was a great latch from day one. He's seven months old and going strong!

  • Normal. Your milk will not come in until 2-5 days after delivery. It is triggered by the detachment of the placenta. That is one reason they make sure your placenta is completely delivered. I had my first baby on a Tuesday and the milk came in on Saturday.
