It's like we've gone back in time

My 14 week old is suddenly acting like a 3 week old! *tears* We had our schedule down; I was feeling confident I CAN do this mommy stuff, the worst is over, the first three months are the hardest, etc.
Then all of a sudden he's up every 3 hours overnight (previously sleeping 7-9) and pooping all the time (previously down to 3 regularly timed poops a day). I forgot how hard everything is while being totally sleep deprived.

DD started the same thing about 4-5 nights ago. I miss 6-10 hour stretches at night. I'm just hoping this is a growth spurt and she'll go back to her awesome baby self in a few more days.

My kid missed the 6-10 hour stretch memo completely. He's done that maybe 2-3 times.

We have been up every two past two nights. Trying to transition out of the RNP, and she's also 4 months this week. Man am I tired.

I'm dreading this! DD has been sleeping through the night for a whole week (twice she did a 4am feed but I'll take that over what she was doing before). I almost wish I didn't know about the 4 mo wakeful bc every night now I think 'is tonight going to be the night she regresses to her old ways?!' It seems to good to be true. Of course I have a nasty cold so haven't even reaped the sleep benefits yet...grrrr

Hope your LO gets through this stage quickly!!

I feel the same way! My DD actually was very easy for 2-23 weeks and I feel like we are back in the beginning when she cried all the time

DD has gone crazy on me this week. She's sleeping 12 hrs at night (!!!) but then nurses every hour and 15 minutes all day long and won't take naps. Babies make no sense.

I'm in the same boat. This week her sleep has regressed every night. She's never slept this bad. And when she wakes she is starving. There is not soothing or weaning going on. Beyond exhausted. She is almost 16 weeks.

Yup. Going through the exact same thing and it started at 14 weeks. He slept through the night 3 days and then boom, waking up more times than I can count. It's lasted a week now and slowly getting better. Last night he went down easy and was up at 1:30 and 4:30 and I was ridiculously happy. So glad to know others are going through the same thing. This too shall pass!!
