What do you have to say for yourself on this fine Thursday??

Not to rehash the multiple shower thing... Im serious, I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THAT DEBATE!! This UO is about the use of "etiquette"

TL;DR: My UO is that using "etiquette" as your defense against multiple showers is bullshit and boarder line disrespectful. 

You are allowed to feel the way you feel about multiple showers. But I think throwing in the reasoning of poor etiquette is going too far. To some, its basically like walking up to peoples mothers, and grandmothers and telling them their entire family is tacky and of low class because they want to shower parents-to-be again. 

There is a big difference between A) I think multiple showers are gift grabby and that comes off tacky to me. VS People who have multiple showers are tacky and lack proper etiquette. 

It comes off as shaming someones entire social circle, and thats not cool. There are SOOOOO many things that we all do on a daily basis that could be viewed as bad etiquette, but all of a sudden you have the right to judge someone else's background because its different from yours and use etiquette as your reasoning? GTFOH. 

And another thing, stop with the whole "people are offended because of multiple showers and thats what makes it bad etiquette"... in the year 2014, Im damn near 100% positive some one is offended one way or another by any given action from someone else. Shit happens and I cant please everyone all the time.

Feel free to argue 1 shower vs multiples, til you are blue in the face. Just leave the etiquette bs at home.

@jaztastic‌ Well said! (And I'm a FTM). I have my opinion on how certain people do things in life, and I believe I'm 'morally' correct (nothing to even do with etiquette) but hey its 2014, get over!

I hate Chipotle. My husband loves it. Everyone I know loves it. I tried some of their stuff for the first time with my dad and little sister. He's a vegetarian and she's a vegan. It's just overpriced hipster taco bell. They all think I'm crazy.

I don't like and/or understand this over the top national obsession/idolization with Beyoncé. Yes she's a talented singer and goregous but its gone like WAY too far in my opinion. I think it has to do with the fact that there is NOT REALLY ANY REAL TALENT in todays music besides her.

@jaztastic‌ I agree and I also don't get why someone else having a second shower affects you unless you're using slippery slope logic. It doesn't make sense to me that it's such a big deal.

I feel exactly the same way! Although I did like the Beygency SNL skit. That was pretty hilarious.

Um I agree with you 100% except I don't find her that talented. I think she's a smart & savvy businesswoman who has built a billion dollar empire, but as far as singing goes...I don't get it. Her songs are corny.

@AF9211‌ oh I totally agree about her songs. Her voice itself tho is pretty good. I've heard her sing some off the cuff songs (I have no idea when) but you can tell her voice is good.

But yes her songs DO suck.

Agreed... but Im like this about most all famous people. I simply have no desire to follow peoples lives and be all fanatic about it. I am not the groupie type. I do not know most actors names, and usually refer to them as "the dude that plays so and so on XYZ show". Ive encountered dozens of famous people, and have a handful of pictures and NO autographs to show for it. (Mainly because I run into a lot of Ravens players where I live, but being a Steelers fan I refuse to acknowledge them)

I agree. Baby shower posts in general seem to be asking for drama and strict opinions on here. Names are very similar but there's a little more dissent in that realm it seems, unless you're spelling a name wrong or making it up.

Also, I thought I'd share the cold killer secret with you. Don't waste your time with buffalo chicken (for a cold) just head to the closest Indian food place and eat as much Indian than is as spicy as you can tolerate and presto! Cold gone! Works for sore throats too!

Seriously, a pile if the spices have anti microbial properties, and help your body fight!

Urine is only sterile in your bladder. Once it reaches the urethra it comes into contact with outside aire and it is no longer sterile. FYI
