I agree with PP, bring a notepad. We walked out of the appointment completely overwhelmed and our heads spinning. After we had time to digest and talk it through, we felt better. The biggest thing that helped us was that we went in with a united front on wanting to use the least medically invasive procedures possible and gradually progress if needed. We felt like our RE wanted to rush right into IVF, but we are standing our ground. GL

(138 million sperm, 73% motility, 8% morphology) - Kruger criteria HSG and SIS:Normal (tubes clear) Medicated Cycle:5mg Letrozole + Trigger Injection + TI = BFP!!
I wonder why your RE said you would need to use more Femara if you don't have maturing follies by CD10. Did he mean a higher dose for the following cycle? It's normal not to have follies over 10mm until a later cycle day.

Just make sure you get a baseline ultrasound at the beginning of your next cycle (if you need one!) to check for cysts. :-)
