Formula Feeding

Another intro..

Hey everyone. I found this board a few weeks ago and after a few failed attempts to do so, I think it's finally time for me to introduce myself and post it.

I have a daughter who is 5 and a son who is 3. I'm currently pregnant with my third child, and I know I'll be EFF from the beginning due to medications I have to take for anxiety and depression.

I tried BF'ing DD when she was born and I desperately wanted to. My husband at the time wasn't supportive of the decision and was against the whole thing. I started FFing her because my milk production decreased and eventually stopped due to extreme amounts of stress from him and a severe case of PPD. But my baby girl was happy and satisfied and I got over not being able to BF.

With my son the doctors found that there was hardly any fluid in the sac and it was putting his life in danger. They admitted me into the hospital that day and I was induced to have him, 4 weeks early. He was a borderline preemie. My milk didn't come in at all, and I accepted it. I wasn't as upset about having to FF as I thought I would be...I was just happy that my little man was okay and in my arms.

WTBS: The support I see on this board is amazing. I'm glad there's finally a place FFing mothers can go with questions or to seek advise. So, thank you.
