Our grocery store sells mozzarella balls marinated in olive oil with basil and they are so delicious! Also anything with melted cheese-grilled cheese, pizza, quesadillas, Mac and cheese......

I once had a cheese on cheese on cheese party where every cracker or other vehicle for cheese had three cheeses on it. It. Was. Epic.
My nickname after that party was Fetarella.

I have no idea...Can you have goat or sheep milks cheese? I like the mix of a soft melty cheese and the sharpness of the cheddar. Just like that combo. Not sure about what to use instead of milk for the base of the cheese sauce
