Pump ?

So I'm traveling today for work and pumping while driving.... So of course I lost the plastic cup (diaphragm?) in the car.... I've looked everywhere! My first two pumping sessions I've been holding the cover and that has worked but not as effective or probably safe! I was thinking of just pumping one boob at a time for my last session before I get home- should I do 20 min per boob or just 10 min per boob? I have the evenflo if that matters.
