Does anyone have experience with very low FSH/LH post-miscarriage?

Hello and thanks for welcoming me yesterday. I'm on CD4 of my first post-D&C cycle. I had blood work at RE today and my FSH/LH levels were extremely low. (FSH=1.0; LH=0.7). In the past my CD3 FSH level has been around 9-10 (indicating diminished reserve). I'm wondering why it's decreased so much. Could it be a result of the miscarriage? Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
