I mix it up a lot and use a variety of hun, babe, old man, and gimpy. DH is a disabled veteran and we make light of all the knee and shoulder issues he has even sometimes saying broken old man. Between the two of us, we couldn't make a complete pain free body when you count all our injuries together.

It really started as a joke but I tend to call him LaLa. I think it started as Booboo LaLa it was my attempt to torment and embarrass.

I chose honey because that's what I usually call DH.  He on the other hand is always coming up with goofy names to call me, his favorite (and my least favorite, mostly because I don't understand it and he has never gave me a reason for why he calls me it) is Spinly, or Spins for short.  WTF.

Hun is the norm. First name if I'm annoyed. Both his first and middle name if I'm mad. He's well aware of the difference.

I do this too...."honey" or "Steve" is the norm...but it turns into "Steven" if I'm annoyed and "Steven Jerome" if I'm pissed.

@HoldingOutHope‌ my H calls me Boo and I found myself calling him that the other day, too.

Usually I call him "my Love," but when one of us is being overly dramatic about something we call each other "babycakes snuffleupagus" in a slightly mocking tone.

It's usually honey for both of us.  Actually, when we call each other by our real names we start smirking because it just doesn't sound/feel right anymore. 
Though we do call each other goofy names.  Like grumpy bear, bitter bear, salty bear because we are totally sort of making fun of friends that call each other sweetie bear and sugar bear. 
I started calling him honey bunches of oats a few years ago, but that morphed into gluten free honey bunches of oats with strawberries in almond milk.  But I pull that one out on very special occasions.

We are both "babe". Occasionally I'm baby or "my baby" as in him addressing me "Does my baby want to go out for dinner or should we cook?"

Side note... My husband always likes to make people think my mom is mean so he tells people that all will be well if my mom would stop referring to him as "Megan's first husband"... Oh, boys.

We call each other "Stinker" or "Stinkerbum." I can't remember how or why that started, but it's just our norm now. We get pretty funny looks from people sometimes, and we laugh about how our pet names sound insulting when other people call their SO cute names.

I call him Case, short for Casey which is boring.... when I write him notes/text him I call him Sweetness He calls me Matie Kae cuz many others call me Katie Mae... hence my screen name

It's mostly babe, but sometimes he'll call me by my maiden name and smack my ass.

Baby, Tooter, or Fucker (I only call him that when he's tickling me or if in a ridiculous argument he "lawyers" me.

By his first name but he did point out to me that I sometimes call him "honey" - apparently when I'm really, really annoyed.

I call DH donkey.  It stuck around after I was mad at him one day and instead of calling him Jack Ass, I called him Donkey.  He says it is because he is hung like one but it is not.  He calls my Monkey because one of his friends said I was liked a trained spider monkey...it isn't cute but I rarely call him by his first name.

I read the list and realized I have used most of them for my cats (not Babe of course!) and none for my husband!  He is just "Boy" (anyone a fan of the Princess Bride?).

Oh we have so many names...
We do the typical honey, dear, sweetie, babe, etc.
But most frequently, he's Bear...mostly because he's just really cuddly and well...he's my bear :-)
Also, he's Hefty (if any of you remember the commercials for some cleaning product where it's like "stinky stinky stinky...hefty hefty hefty!"...that's where we got it from because on saturday mornings, if I'm lounging around un-showered, he'll start calling me stinky and I'll start calling him hefty)
He's also fuzzbutt (guess why...), snoops (he looks like snoopy in his sunglasses), lovey, lovey bear, scuddle (usually in the context of "come cuddle scuddle"), etc.
We're way too nerdy...

Usually honey or first names. But some how "stinky" got started. Which has since turned into a game of who actually responds to stinky. So if he says "morning stinky" and I respond I am then met with "hahahah you're stinky. You responded to stinky"

@km380 and @MUS_Girl1202 I'm glad there are others in here that call their hubbies "Stinky." Ours has morphed into Stinker, Stinkerbum, Stink Stinker Stink Stinkity, etc over the years. Glad I'm in good company

I call him honey when I'm mad at him but most of the rest of the time I just call him by his name. He just calls me by my name but I have noticed when we're arguing or if I'm getting on his nerves he'll say, "I don't know, babe." or "Stop it, babe." Funny how that works for us.

Huzby actually came from the ttgp board because someone made fun of me for calling him Hubby. I thought it was funny and moved on to Huzby because it was more annoying and it stuck irl.

We have all sorts of weird pet names for each other.  Usually I say baby, but lately I've been saying booboo.  No clue why, just kinda started lol  He sometimes calls me bebe so maybe I came up with it to match

Most of the time it is honey, but sometimes it is growlly bear when he is tired, or snuggle bear, or what ever adjective I feel like putting in their depending on his mood.

This was fun! Nice little "brain break" after all the assessment scoring I just finished... time for bed with my "husbandy" who has been sleeping for approximately 3.5 hours already!!

So... he called me "wifey" constantly when we first got married.  (And sometimes even before!)  It drove me crazy at first, so I decided if I turned the tables and called him "husband-y" he would get annoyed and stop.  WELL, a little over a year later, I pretty much only call him husbandy.  Baby/babe is a distant second.  I honestly can't remember the last time I called him by his name.  (It's usually when we're arguing or when I need to get his attention in public.)
