This is our "hail mary" cycle.  The last one before we see a RE.

4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?
CD1 here.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
I don't have to be out of town for FW time this cycle so we are going in with guns blazing.  I really hope to be able to cancel the RE appointment that I'm going to make for October

I have always wanted to do the trapeze! I am a daredevil and was a gymnast.

3. Tried to BD around when I thought O would happen.

4. 2WW with anticipated start of next period on Monday.  Tested on Tuesday (too early, I know) and got a BFN.  Testing tomorro.  FXFXFX!!!

5. Up until yesterday's BFN, I was confident we had done it right out of the gate.  The BFN took my down several several several notches.  Just have to wait.  I'm terrible at waiting.

3. I am kind of NTNP. I started charting/temping this month since my last 2 cycles were shortened for some reason and I worry about an LP defect. I have an appointment on the 3rd (which will be CD 18) with my OB where I intend to ask about several issues and what we should be doing.

4. I am CD10. I guess I am waiting to see when I O. I expect CD 16 or 17 based on OPK tests last month.

5. I feel a little lost right now - like my body has betrayed me a little.

QOTW: If you were in the circus, what act would you be in?

Maybe the lion tamer. I feel like I could qualify for that position.

I want to give a shout out to all of you for listening and supporting. We all have our ups and downs in this journey and it is nice to have the support of those who get it. On that front, a special shout out to @tlc35 and @lcwed because you walk in the same shoes as I do and I appreciate the company even though I wish none of us had been down the TTCAL road at all.

5. I felt AF coming for a few days which made me very sad.  Another month down the drain, I will be more optimistic next week.

5.Trying not to be hopeful and look at it as a find out where my body is type thing.  I have been pretty good with everything that happened but I'm afraid a BFN will make me lose it.

QOTW: I would be the seal trainer.  Those things are so dang cute and you don't see them at circuses anymore.

TMI vent:  So I got AF which I was stoked about but she came with a vengence.  I was a 3 heavy pads 2 days, 2 a day tampons for the last part.  2 days of 6 infinitity pads each day.  Back at school and new schedule made it a nightmare to go and constantly changed.  I even bled through a tampon at night which has never happened before.  It's like my body was making up for the months I didn't have.

Shout out to UrMySunshine77 because she always responds to everything and I know she is on more than one board.  That is amazing time management.

Thanks for starting this thread, @tlc35. I hope that your trip went/has gone smoothly. All my fingers and toes crossed for you this new cycle.

3. Temping, OPKs, prenatals, acupuncture sometimes, decaf green tea before O, more water, almost-zero caffeine, no alcohol.

4. I'm on 10-DPO. I had a BFN this morning, but I tested for the hell of it. I haven't been having pregnancy symptoms or PMS, so I'm pretty prepared for AF in three days.

5. My temps are trending downwards. However, I *guess* there is a small chance of implantation today. I'm not really feeling anything.

I talked to my acupuncturist last week, and she didn't think that I need to rush to an RE if the next cycle doesn't work. My LP has just started getting normal after my PPP started. So, I think that I'll wait a few more tries until we go the RE route. 

QOTW: If I were in the circus, I would be a lion tamer.

@lcwed: You are too sweet. I think that I have awful time management and a bit of OCD. My teaching work is just picking up for the fall, so I won't have as much time to Bump. I'm really going to have to become disciplined once the papers start to pour in.

3. I'm charting and using OPKs this cycle. Really I just want to see if I've started ovulating again since having the baby.

4. CD 13, waiting to O. We decided to have sex EOD starting CD 10 until after I ovulate this month.

5. I'm not really having many feels about this cycle. Just trying to get through the EOD sex lol. Last time it took 8 cycles to get pregnant so I'm trying to start this journey with some patience. I am glad that I got my first PP period last weekend and that it was about the same as pre-pregnancy. I started charting so I don't have to be so in the dark about everything and I know that the sex actually has a chance to produce results!

QOTW: If you were in the circus, what act would you be in? I think I would like to be in the trapeze act. I always thought they were amazing.

3. This month I'm charting BBT, CM, daily OPKs since AF ended, OPKs 2x/day the last two days, and ED BD starting 4 days before O.

4. I will O today or tomorrow. Had a - OPK yesterday morning, a +OPK yesterday afternoon (test line slightly darker), and a +OPK again this noon (test line way darker). FF says +OPK on day 2 could mean O is about to happen or just happened. 

5. This is the first cycle I've been very serious about TTC and diligently charting, so I'm sooo much more anxious! The first two cycles I sort of treated as getting to know my body and NTNP, and O was never detected by FF with BBT either month. FX I see a thermal shift this cycle so I know if I even O at all. And if I do, I'm also concerned my luteal phase will be too short for a fertilized egg to stay stuck, if one is even fertilized. Ugh, the thoughts that are running through my crazy mind!

3. This is my first OPK cycle. I'm a little apprehensive as I tried two different tests (psycho, I know) and both indicated that I o'd on cd 11. Seems early to me so I'm waiting to see how this all plays out.

4. We are in the 2ww (if the OPKs are accurate).

5. I'm nervous about this cycle. A "helpful" person told me that cd 11 is too early and indicates low egg reserve and that "I'm scraping the dregs of what's left of my fertility." Not exactly comforting.

QOTW: If I were in the circus...hmmmmm...probably the ticket taker. I like to stay in the background.

@superkarynfragilistic: Did you get positive OPKs on day 10? You may have ovulated on day 11 or 12. Do you plan to temp as well? 

Sometimes OPKs indicate hormonal surges, but we may not ovulate, so temping is a nice way to see for sure.

@lcwed I have bled through a tampon every month since my m/c except this last month (5th cycle). I would wake up day 2 with it on my thighs (sorry, I know that is TMI, but I think it might be normal for a while post-miscarriage unfortunately).

meredithcarole not TMI as far as I'm concerned. I find it helpful to know, as it could be any one of us in the same situation.

This is my first cycle actively TTC, although we'd been NTNP for a couple months before.

I've been charting all cycle, and have just started temping on CD21 (so that won't really be relevant until next month at least).

4.Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?

I'm in the TWW! CD23 today so nearly a week before AF is due. I think I'll wait until AF is late before testing; early BFNs have taken the wind out of my sails in the past.

I feel anxious mostly, I think. Slightly hopeful, but nervous. We had some performance anxiety issues during what was probably our fertile window, which may've hurt our chances. Anyway, now that I've started temping I'll hopefully have an even better sense of things for next cycle (unless this is the one!).

My fear of heights eliminates the trapeze, for sure! Magic has always interested me, so maybe with a bit of sleight-of-hand practice, I'd give that a shot.

Natural cycle on break due to cysts.  Back for one more IUI next cycle, then on to IVF.

6 dpo.  I don't actually plan on testing, unless AF is really, really late.  I refuse to symptom-spot, but I think my usual 2WW cold is on its way.

Not very hopeful, both because I've definitely reconciled myself to needing medical help, and because our timing wasn't fabulous.  (The cyst really messed up my cycle, and I didn't have my usual warning signs that I was about to ovulate, plus DH had horrible stomach flu right up until the day before.)

I think I'd like to be in the sideshow.  I'd just kind of hang out all day and gossip with the bearded lady, the sword swallower, and everybody else.  I bet they have interesting stories to tell.

Also, (warning, TMI ahead) shout out to DH for managing sex despite his stomach flu and under the least sexy conditions imaginable.  The first of the two whole times we managed it around ovulation time was the night before, during a--literal--five-minute break while we were able to settle DD in her crib and distract her with milk.  She just would not go to bed.  The second was at 5:45 the morning of (we set the alarm specifically for this purpose).  He managed to get it done despite having to start over when his regular 6:00 alarm (which he forgot to turn off) went off, and then again when  his 6:10 backup alarm (which I didn't even know he had, and which he also forgot to turn off) followed.  I know I'm oversharing, but I'm just really impressed.  The man's a professional.

Wow.  Even if they hadn't phrased it so horribly, how is this helpful?  What were they suggesting you do about it?

ETA: just wanted to make it clear I'm not agreeing with them.  If your ovulation was consistently happening earlier in your cycle it would be worth checking out, but I doubt this is anything to worry about.

Charting, temping, PNVs.  Going to try OPKs for the first time this month and seriously hoping that it will help, since I am still not ready to move on to IUI.

CD8.  AF just finished up, so according to the pack of OPKs I picked up, I should start POAS tomorrow morning.  Fun times!
