Care package for college student

My younger brother moved from CA to Boston this week and he is starting his freshman year at Boston College. I want to send him a care package in a few weeks and need some ideas of what to put in one. Any suggestions? Did any of you receive care packages in college, if so what did you like about them?

@adinashoshana‌ such cute ideas thanks! Definitely gonna het him some candy, a coffee gift card, and love the idea for stamps and cards. Maybe I'll throw in some school supplies too like notecards (hopefully students still use those).

I like the idea of playing cards, some medicine (Tylenol, Pepto, Cough drops), some school supplies, Febreze(!). Maybe something to remind him of home. Is there a favorite restaurant or store with something you could ship?

My mum used to send me care packages when I worked as a matron in a private prep. school on my gap year I always got a few pairs of clean socks and pants...despite the fact one of my jobs was school laundry. Usually choc's/sweets, once a mini first aid kit and a gift card for alcohol! You could send amazon vouchers too, then he can buy books etc for college lol

You probably ought to throw in some cute pictures of your LO because even though he won't admit it, he'll want to show it off. I was surprised to hear my bro-in-law takes pictures and videos of him playing with our son and shows them to co-workers.

I went to target on my lunch and bought some playing cards (probably will be used for drinking games), notecards, febreze, Advil, breath mints, candy, tide pen, and printed out a picture of my LO, his niece. Thinking about a coffee gift card and baking and freezing some home made cookies too.
Thanks for the suggestions. I was literally looking at them while shopping earlier!
