Morning y'all! How is everyone doing? Any milestones or triumphs to share?
I didn't get to workout yesterday because I had to go rescue my mom. Train delays caused her to miss catching a ride back to her commuter lot, so I had to go pick her up and drive her to her car.
This morning I woke up early and got in 20 minutes of HIIT and 20 minutes of lower body strength with Fitness Blender. I think I'll also go for a run this evening.
