4 month stats?

I know every single baby is different but I'm just curious since I have nothing to compare to. What are/were your LO's 4 month stats?
We just got back from our appointment and DD is 12.8 lbs and 24.5 inches. 50th percentile for height, 23rd-ish for weight.

    We just got back from ours and DS is 13.6 lbs (21%), 25 in (50%), and 42.6 cm for head circumference (56%).

    It sounds like your LO is doing just fine.  We had our 4 month appointment on Friday and DD was 11.13 lbs and 24.3 inches.  Basically 50th percentile for height, below 5th percentile for weight.  She has grown 6 inches since birth though, so they are not concerned about her weight.  She is just tall and skinny.

    15lbs, 24 in  Definitely a little growth spurt, as she went from 50th to 75th percentile in weight.

    I'm not sure his exact weight but we go on Wednesday for his 4 month check up. My mom did the scale trick with him where she stood on a digital scale without the baby and then she stood on it while holding the baby and it was a 19 lb difference. @-) we will see how accurate that was.

    14 lbs 8 oz: 25th %ile
    25.75 inches long: 70th %ile

    BFP: 7/5/10   EDD: 3/13/11  Miscarriage 8/1/10 at 8 weeks

    BFP: 10/30/10   EDD: 7/7/11   Born 7/11//11 7lb12oz, 20 in.

    BFP: 7/30/13  EDD: 4/9/14 Born right on time on his due date! 8lb10oz, 21.5 in.

    I won't know until September 4th. :( At her 2 month (when she was closer to 2 1/2 months) she was 12 lb. 14 oz. and 23.5". I'm expecting her to be around 15 lb and not sure about height.

    At his 4 month, Ben was 11 lbs 15 oz, and 23.5 inches.  He is 14.5 lbs and 26 inches now at 6 months

    Just went today and he is 15lbs 15oz and 27". His weight was about 58% and length was 99%

    She was 14lb 15oz and 26.2".  Right around the middle for weight but 98th % for height.

    17lbs 1oz - 75th percentile
    26.5 inches - 95th percentile
    I don't remember his head measurement but it was in the 40-50% range.

    We have a big, tall boy as well.

    BFP #1 11/19/12  EDD: 7/25/13  Natural MC on 12/31/12 at 10w4d

    BFP#2 3/1/13   EDD: 11/5/13   Missed MC 4/9/13 at 10w   D&C 4/11/13  
    Baby #2 diagnosed with Trisomy 16. Diagnosed Hetero MTHFR.

    BFP#3 8/5/13   EDD: 4/13/14   Team Green Turned Team Blue! Our rainbow baby, Griffin R arrived via c-section (breech since 20w) on 4/11/14.

    I can't wait to find out! Our appt is next week but at his 2 month he was 14.10 (95th) 26 inches (98th) :-@

    I don't know how big my daughters head was but her height and weight were exactly the same at her appt. How strange!

    We had our appt today too, and her stats are almost the same as OP! She's 12.7lbs 24.5 inches, and head circ is 15.5 (10th percentile) but that's the percentile she's been in all along. Right on track

    Hadie had her appt today she was 13lbs 1oz and 25inchez long. Her head was 15 I believe.

    16 lbs 13 oz (75th percentile)
    26 inches (90th percentile)
    Don't remember head but he was in the 100th percentile

    18 lb 13 oz for weight (90%), 26 in for height (90%) and 17.25 (85%) in for head

    He actually really slowed down in his weight the last two months (he was 15 lb 10oz at his 2 month). Glad he's a bit more proportional now :)

    I can't remember his head circumference, but I think it was 83rd percentile.

    Very similar here. Was 12.6 lbs, 24 inches and I don't remember his head measurement but is in the 90-95% percentile b

    We don't have our 4 month appointment until September 8.  But at the 2 month appointment LO was 13lbs 6oz, 25.5" long.  No idea about percentiles.

    A was 15lbs 1.5oz (68%) and 25.5 inches long (88%). For comparison, I had the pedi look up L's stats at this time too, and she was 16lbs 2oz and 26.5 inches long. So a whole pound and inch more than A.

    16lbs 12.5 oz (65%) 27in (99%) can't remember head stats but it was 75%.

    26 3/4 in. (Off the chart), 16 lbs 13 oz (90%, although someone else earlier had the same weight and was calculated a little lower, so who knows..), ? Head (30%)

    15lbs; 25.5" I don't remember the percentiles and it seems like everyone's Dr. has a different growth chart.. since a lot of the posted heights and weights are different.

    26 3/4 in (90th percentile)
    I forget the head size but he's in the 50th percentile

    I was a little concerned that he is only weighing 13+ lbs until I read this thread. DS gained 7+lbs since birth and grew 6 3/4in since birth so hopefully he's just long and lean.
