4 Days PIUI and Terrified

Oh boy. So it's only been 4 days since IUI #3 and I'm already going crazy. I'm also terrified of the sadness if AF comes again. I really lost it with my last BFN and I'm so nervous to feel that down again. We are also taking a break after this one to start saving for IVF, so I have that "now or never" feeling. :(

Dx Unexplained IF
May 2014 #1 IUI w/Clomid/trigger/progesterone = Chemical pregnancy
July 2014 #2 IUI w/Clomid/trigger/progesterone = BFN
August 2014 #3 IUI w/Clomid/trigger/progesterone = BFN

October 2014 #4 IUI w/Clomid/trigger/progesterone = BFN January 2015 #5 IUI w/injectables/trigger/progesterone = BFP

    I know exactly how you feel, @clover30. This is likely my last IUI as well and it puts on so much pressure. Hang in there!

    Good luck to you! It's so difficult to not think about it… but hopefully you can find some fun distractions.

    I'm so sorry, that sounds like such a stressful place to be in!

    If it were me, I'd probably try to convince myself that I definitely have to move to IVF, and just try to quash hope that the IUI works out..since it couldn't hurt, and might make disappointment a bit easier. :)

    I hope your TWW goes quick and easy and that you get great news!

    I know that feeling.  We have one more try after this current cycle before our RE tells us to move on to IVF.  I'm dealing okay this month but I know I will be a wreck if this doesn't work out and I make it to IUI #4.

    Luckily we are in the process of moving and the new semester of school starts for me tomorrow so I will have a lot of stuff to keep me busy for the next couple of weeks while we wait to find out.

    IUI #2: on 7/28/14 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (23 million sperm, 2 dominant follies) = BFN

    IUI #3 on 8/22/2014 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (53 million sperm, 2 dominant follies)= BFP MMC @ 7weeks

    June 2014 - Dx w/ significant PCOS and referred to RE.

    July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+

    Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN

    Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    WTF consult scheduled for 1/29

    Me: 26 (IC/PCOS-2000mg of Metformin daily)

    June 2014- HSG=clear

    DH: 27 (SA results were great minus the slightly low morphology)
    Started dating DH in 2002 at 14 years old
    Married on 03.01.2014
    Officially TTC since April 2014 
    January 2013- Surprise BFP, m/c at 6 weeks, D&C 2 Weeks later
    April 2014- First RE appointment
    July 2014- IUI#1-Canx due to scar tissue and polyps. TI with the help of Ovidrel. BFN

    August 2014- Hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue and polyp

    September 2014- IUI #1.1-100mg Clomid, Ovideral, 11.5 million swimmers=BFP

    EDD-6/3/15- Our sweet baby Ryan was born on 1/6/15 and is in the arms of an Angel

    Dx with IC on 1/6/15

    Thanks everyone. I'm sorry we all have to be in this place. Luckily I'm back to work tomorrow (school officially starts next week), so at least I'll have some things to keep my mind busy. @rainbowbridge14‌ it's funny because I was thinking about planning something "in case" this doesn't work. Good plan.

    Sending positive vibes your way. My last BFN was so hard on me. Now I'm on a break for one cycle to just wrap my head around things and save money for IVF, so I know exactly how you feel. FX this is your month!!!
