washing/ soak question.

I just started washing diapers!!!! I am exploring my machine and realized there is a soak button. Should I add it to my prewash or to the regular cycle with detergent and the extra rinse?

I don't even know if it is necessary. My 2 loads so far have been fine but they have been ever day and a half and very small. My lo is to small for half of his nb diapers! All of my fitteds look giant on him!

If what you are doing is working, I wouldn't change anything. It's a good feature to keep in mind if you find you need to tweak your routine in the future.
