I'm honestly not interested in being a part of this my bad for commenting at all. I forgot how this all works. I did not realize, though I should have, that people can and will take offense/ critique anything said be it right, wrong, or just written grammatically incorrect. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions just as I am. Does not mean you have to degrade someone because they think differently.

Well, in the spirit of getting this thread BACK ON TRACK (because it's awesome ) I will share as follows:

This past weekend, my good friends, had their first child via c-section therefore they had to be in the hospital for several days. My friends are lovely people but the husband's mom is HORRENDOUS. The day after the baby was born, the grandmother started texting and calling all of the husband's friends, asking us when we were going to be bringing gifts to the hospital because the parents hadn't really received many visitors/gifts and she wanted them to feel "supported". My friends were humiliated because they had asked for space at the hospital, which we were all respecting. Grandma would NOT leave the hospital and basically wanted as many people to come as possible so she could show off and get attention as the grandmother. Though the parent's told her no visitors, she went ahead and invited the entire family the very next day and threw a fit when the parents wouldn't let the family members bombard the room. She's now giving them the silent treatment for "embarrassing her" and throwing pity parties on facebook.
