Day off all by myself!!!! (kid mentioned)

I took off tomorrow and I will be going back to school first week of September so this is the last break I'm going to have for a while. I could have the whole day by myself (kid can spend the day at my inlaws, hubby at work until 1). What should I do?

I would go to the beach and read a book. That's what I did my one day alone this summer.

It was a great day. Spent half of it sitting in the yard reading the paper and half a book, then did some gardening. Finished off with some grilled corn and spinach/chickpea patties on the grill and brought some tomatoes over to the neighbor so they can enjoy our bounty as well.
