? about the swap thread

Wondering if there's any reason the swap thread comes up on Mondays?  Have we thought about moving it to Saturday or Sunday?  The board probably gets more traffic on the weekend when everyone has a bit more time on their hands...

Haha I didn't mean that I don't like to spend time with my family!  Maybe it's just me that feels like I'm fumbling to even see my child during the week.  Weekends just feel so much less rushed.  I might be in the minority on this one... was just throwing it out there

A lot of people bump during work. I think week day posts tends to be a lot more active. Weekend nights are the only time the board is really active IMO. Although people pop in for a minute or two.

In light of recent hurt feelings I want to make sure that everyone understands that I wasn't implying that anyone didn't like their families, but instead was making a sarcastic comment implying that I don't like my family when in fact I do like my family in spite of the fact that I am bumping while my husband plays video games on one couch and my baby nurse/sleeps on my boob on another couch. But now I have offended myself and will briefly GBCB to achieve the internal fulfillment that only my IRL connections can create, ie sing off key songs with my husband to my baby.

You're safe with me - not one to take things seriously.  If I got seriously offended by something on TB, I would hate myself a little bit.  Don't GBCB for too long - you might miss something good :P

I always worry about this! But their practices seem pretty safe, new gear for each person, washing and disinfecting the tub between people. So far so good.

No reason really. If the board wants it on a different day I can put it on a different day.

I really don't think the day matters that much. It often pops up all week long.
