    I agree with the pps that Romeo isn't an appealing choice and the names don't seem to flow.

    That said, middle names are often only said by family and are often only known by teachers, professors, and medical practitioners.

    Being from New Jersey, I definitely side eyed Camden. It's like naming your child Detroit. Or Bronx like Pete Wentz.
